The commission structure begins at 20% for the first three months of a referred customer's subscription and increases to 30% thereafter. This incentivizes affiliates to maintain relationships with their referrals, as commissions are calculated based on the payments made by each referred customer. The maximum payout per customer can reach up to $2,500, depending on the services utilized.

Affiliates are advised to utilize various marketing tools to effectively share Apify. Any breach of these terms can result in immediate termination of the affiliate's participation. Apify reserves the right to amend the program terms, with affiliates being notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes.
